Some types of food are hard to digest in their raw state. But, there are some solutions for this problem, for example, light steaming. On the other hand, you can always make a nice green juice in your blender, and combine those veggies with fruits or nuts, or both, and enjoy in those vegetables anyway, without having problems with your digestion.

Although you cannot cook your meals, you can use the process of light steaming to improve the digestibility as well. You may also eat fermented veggies, such as sauerkraut. Avoid pasteurized products, of course, but non-pasteurized yogurt might be really good for your digestion. If you don't have problems with dairy products.
