You would want to avoid both because they can cause your blood pressure to lower as opposed to the rapid rise of your body temperature. Doing so is only likely to get you at risk for fainting, getting dizzy or feeling nauseated.

Remove any accessory from your body too. You have to remember that metal ones can get heated when exposed to how hot the temperature is inside the saunas. So, get them removed ahead of time before you will enter the room to avoid getting burnt.
