Bitters also aid in regulating the production of insulin in the pancreas. It is imperative since it helps in preventing spikes of the blood sugar level that can cause chance in energy levels and moods. Additionally, it aids in stabilizing the level of sugar in the blood hence slowing down Candida overgrowth. Of most importance is their role in promoting the function of the liver.
