Protect Yourself With PH Balanced Skin Care Products

By Eric Carter

Balanced skin care, is it really available? As with most things in life balance is important in achieving expected result. However when it comes to skin care it is not that easy to achieve its balance as it can be a difficult task searching through the thousands of products available on the market trying to find the right one. However, with PH balanced skin care products, you can never get it wrong.

Many people have learned that eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, with few sweets and limited meat and dairy, will help them escape the too-acidic body pH levels that contribute to ill health, easy weight gain, and lack of energy. However, many do not realize that natural care products are more likely to be pH balanced than those made with many chemicals that are common in the cosmetic industry.

If your diet is too acidic, so will be your bloodstream. Dairy products, meats, grains and flour products, and sweets all tend to make your system acid. The healthy recommendations of fermented products, fresh fruit, leafy greens and colorful vegetables, and citrus fruits and juices all come from the alkaline side of the equation.

The silly thing is -- it is so easy to apply a little natural skin cream on your face every day. The full blown day, night, body, eye serum and masks regimen is the obviously best way to go if you can afford to, and are willing to put in the time. However even just a blob of face cream rubbed in once a day, gives your epidermis the moisture and antioxidants it needs to stay healthier.

As it is believed that healthy indicates balanced digestive system. People who have imbalance digestive system have acne, stomach imbalance, and other digestion problems. To balance your digestive system, drink plenty of water as it eliminates waste products and keeps you fresh and healthy. Add fiber to your food as well to balance your nutritional diet.

Your skin needs natural nutrients in order to maintain its natural Ph balance. You don't want your epidermis to be too oily or too dry therefore that is why you should avoid those products containing substances such as alcohol, mineral oil and parabens. These prevent the epidermis from performing its normal functions and when used in cosmetic creams they will not help your epidermis remain healthy.

If your body is reacting to acidic foods and allergens like wheat or gluten, why should your epidermis be any different? Using alkaline body products that are free of common allergens makes as much sense as adjusting the foods you eat.

Balanced skincare will feed your epidermis with nutrients such as antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins which will enhance its performance and help with quicker epidermis cell proliferation. When epidermis cells become damaged due to free radical activities it needs antioxidants and vitamins to repair them this will lead to younger looking skin.

My message is -- if you don't care for your face properly with a balanced skin care plan, your epidermis will more than likely look pretty old, wrinkled and ordinary like mine in middle age and beyond. Many people scoff and say it will never happen to me because my complexion is so youthful looking, smooth, wrinkle free and beautiful. What I say to you is enjoy it while it lasts -- because it won't unless you are smart and do something positive about it now!
